Up Collective Christmas Charity Raffle T&Cs

Promoter
This raffle is organised and promoted by Copy Club Ltd (Up Collective) with the purpose of raising funds for Luminary Bakery (Charity No. 1159920) and Sambhali Trust. All proceeds will be donated equally to these charities.

Licence
Application submitted to Lambeth Council under the Gambling Act 2005 as a Small Society Lottery.

Ticket sales

  • Each ticket costs £2.

  • Tickets are available online at copyclub.myshopify.com/collections/christmas-charity-raffle and in person at Up Collective events.

  • Ticket sales open 15 October 2025 and close 3 December 2025 at 20:00 GMT.

  • Entrants must be aged 16 or over and reside in the United Kingdom.

  • All purchases are final and non-refundable.

  • There is no entry limit per person.

Draw

  • The draw will take place on 3 December 2025 at the Up Collective Christmas Party.

  • Winners will be selected at random using a digital randomiser, supervised by two Up Collective representatives.

  • Winners will be notified by email within 48 hours.

  • If a winner cannot be contacted within 14 days, a redraw may occur.

Prizes

  • Prizes are non-exchangeable and have no cash alternative.

  • A full list of prizes will be published prior to the draw.

Donations

  • Donation options (£10 / £20 / £50) are voluntary and do not constitute raffle entries.

  • Donations are non-refundable.

Fair play

  • Employees or contractors directly involved in organising the raffle are not eligible to enter.

  • Any entries made in breach of these terms will be void.

Data protection

  • Personal data will be used solely for the purpose of administering the raffle and contacting winners.

  • Data will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Governing law
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
